a little clarity before you choose.
Sizes, finishes, and what to expect—explained plainly.
can I order now?
Yes. Our America collection and curated sets of three are available to order. Choose a size and finish, then add your artwork to the bag. Each print is made to order.
what sizes can I choose?
The current artwork range offers 8 × 10, 11 × 14, 16 × 20, and 24 × 30 inch prints. Check the individual product for its options. A frame adds to the outside dimensions, and the crop may differ slightly between sizes.
what are the finish options?
Unframed, black, natural oak, and white. Unframed means the print without a frame or mat. Compare the product previews to find the finish that works with your room.
what about shipping and delivery?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more after discounts. Below $99, shipping is $8 for unframed prints, $18 for framed prints, or $26 for a mixed order. Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for processing and production, plus 2–7 business days for shipping. See our shipping policy for full details.
what about returns or damaged items?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused, undamaged print or framed print. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact the studio promptly with your order number and photos where possible. See our return and refund policy for full details.
how are the designs created?
Our creative team directs the research, image development, selection, and refinement. AI-assisted tools support parts of the process. The scenes are imagined interpretations, not documentary views of exact places.
where else can I find these designs?
Our designs are developed for Degora and offered only through our store. We are beginning with wall art and plan to introduce more decorative objects.
