Refund policy

returns

we want you to feel comfortable choosing a piece for your home. you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused, undamaged print or framed print. please keep the protective packaging so the item can travel safely.

email degorastudio@proton.me with your order number and the item you’d like to return. we’ll send return instructions and the correct return address. please contact us before sending anything back, and do not use the address on the parcel as a return destination without confirmation.

for a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. once the return is received and checked, we refund the returned product’s purchase price and applicable product tax to the original payment method. original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. there is no restocking fee. we aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days of receiving the return; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

damaged, defective or incorrect items

please inspect your order when it arrives. if something is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the item and packaging. keep the packaging while we review the issue. we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any return shipping we require for the affected item. these remedies are not limited by the change-of-mind return conditions above.

cancellations and changes

contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. if production has not started, we can cancel for a full refund. once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible; the return policy and your applicable legal rights still apply. we will confirm whether a cancellation or change has been accepted.

delayed shipments

if we cannot ship within the time promised when you ordered, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund. this policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
